Return and refund policy

Replacements — free

If your pack doesn't arrive within 7 business days of being shipped, or arrives damaged, we'll send a free replacement. Just reply to your order confirmation email or message udicaspi@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellation right (Israeli law)

Under Israeli consumer protection law (חוק הגנת הצרכן), you may cancel an unused, unopened pack within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (less the cost of shipping the return back to us). To cancel, email udicaspi@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming a replacement isn't needed.

What can't be refunded

Packs whose stickers have already been applied to items (the stickers are personalised once applied), or packs whose unique code has been claimed and used on the public scanner page. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, just ask — we're flexible.

Damaged in transit

Damage during shipping is on us. Send a photo, we'll ship a replacement same-day if possible.
