Where we ship

We currently ship within Israel only. International shipping coming later.

How we ship

Every order ships via Israel Post — Mahir laTeva (מהיר לתיבה). The envelope is dropped directly into your mailbox; no signature required, no missed deliveries. Israel Post sends you an SMS confirmation the moment your envelope is in the box.

Cost

  • Standard shipping: ₪20 flat
  • Free shipping on orders ₪150 and up (e.g., a 5-pack bundle)

Speed

  • Order received: we ship within 3 business days (usually faster).
  • In transit with Israel Post: typically 1–2 business days after shipping.
  • Total: order on Sunday, expect your pack by the end of the same week.

Tracking

Mahir laTeva doesn't include a clickable tracking number, but you'll get an automatic SMS from Israel Post when the carrier places the envelope in your mailbox.

Address requirements

Israeli buildings have shared mailboxes by entry. We require apartment / floor / entrance number at checkout so the carrier knows which mailbox to use. Orders without an apartment number cannot be delivered.

Lost in transit

If your pack hasn't shown up 7 business days after shipping, email udicaspi@gmail.com and we'll send a free replacement. No need to return anything.
