Who we are

findqr.app is operated by Udi Caspi, registered in Israel as an עוסק פטור (VAT-exempt dealer). For questions: udicaspi@gmail.com.

What you're buying

A pack of 10 vinyl QR stickers that share one unique code. When the code is scanned (by you or anyone who finds something you've stickered), the scanner sees the profile information you've chosen to share publicly on your findqr.app account.

Your account

To activate your stickers, you create an account on findqr.app. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you display on your public scanner page. You can update, hide, or delete your profile at any time from your dashboard.

Privacy

We only display the profile fields you've explicitly chosen to fill in. We don't sell your data. See the Privacy policy for full details.

Liability

The stickers are a passive lost-and-found tool — they don't guarantee return of lost items. We're not liable for items that aren't returned. Maximum liability for any claim related to findqr.app is capped at the amount you paid for the product.

Acceptable use

Don't use findqr.app for illegal activity, harassment, impersonating another person, or displaying offensive content on your public scanner page. We may close accounts that violate this without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll post the new version here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

Israeli law applies. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
